If something isn’t right with your order, please fill out the RA request form that was provided with your package and return to us (see below for contact information) or you can contact us for order assistance and return information and we’ll do our best to fix it. Please review our Returns Policy and instructions below.

HOW TO MAKE AN EASY RETURN

RETURNS CRITERIA

All Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
Sale items cannot be returned.
If applicable, all items must be returned with their original pieces including but not limited to:
Tags
Accessories
Removable Belts
Straps
Brooches
No exchanges will be accepted – Refunds ONLY

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please give us a call at (214) 973-2524 or write us at sales@cousinearl.com.

We inspect all Returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.

Returns that don’t meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, 20%-50% restocking fee, or denial.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return has been processed.
